Four vendors, one project, nobody accountable. We started here to fix that.
Backend Solutions LLC is a small studio of designers, developers and writers who work on the same projects at the same time. One scope, one timeline, one invoice — from the first logo sketch to the published book.
Built by people who kept getting hired to clean up
The pattern repeated for years: a logo from one freelancer, a site from an agency, content from a marketplace, an app from an offshore shop. Nothing matched, nobody owned the result, and the client held the pieces.
So the studio was organised around the opposite: the designer, the developer and the writer on one call, one scope, one person answering for the deadline. Clients keep coming back because the second project is easier than the first.
Four rules we don't bend
Fixed scope, fixed price
You approve a written scope with a number and a date on it. Changes get their own line, quoted before anyone starts.
You own everything
Source files, vectors, repositories and manuscripts transfer to you on final payment. No licence games.
One point of contact
A lead who knows the project, not a rotating support queue. Replies inside a business day.
Show, then tell
Weekly demos on a live link. You see progress in the real thing instead of a status update.
Who you actually work with
No account managers between you and the people doing the work.

Where we've got to
Started as a two-person design and development pair taking overflow work from agencies.
Added writing after clients kept asking who would fill the pages we built.
Publishing arm opened — first ghostwritten titles reached distribution.
Nine specialists across three tracks, working on the same projects rather than in sequence.
